CAUSE-NY is mentoring the next generations of NYC's community leaders. There are currently four programs which focus on different ages and communities.

•       YouthBridge-NY - since 1997
  YouthBridge-NY has served as the only non-profit organization in NYC training extraordinary teens from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds to master the skills they will need to be New York City's next generation of leaders.
  
  

• We Are All Brooklyn Fellowship - since 2007
  WAAB is a leadership development program dedicated to advancing the next generation of Brooklyn's young diverse leaders and empowering them to become change agents to strengthen Brooklyn.
  
  

• We Are The Bronx Fellowship - since 2009 
  WATB brings together about 25 non-profit leaders in the Bronx for monthly professional development seminars and networking opportunities. Check out BronxNet Anouncement - About 11 minutes from beginning of Show
  
  

• NY-Haitian Leadership Fellowship - since 2011
  NY-Haitian Leadership Fellowship is a leadership training program for non-profit directors in the Haitian community in New York. Professionals from UJA-Federation network agencies lead trainings to enhance the skills and capacity of the Haitian agencies and strenthen Jewish-Haitian connections.
