JCRC-NY advocates for Israel and Jewish communities around the world.

Its mission is to:

• Interpret political developments in Israel and the world to all New Yorkers
• Convene forums and exchanges with Israeli and other foreign dignitaries
• Organize fact-finding missions to Israel for non-Jewish opinion makers
• Monitor Congressional legislation related to Israel
• Celebrate Israeli culture
• Promote issues of concern to NY’s Jewish community
• Mobilize the NY Jewish community for activities in times of crisis
• Champion the causes of imperiled Jewish communities
  
• Maintain contact with Jewish communities around the world.
