• Convene forums and exchanges with Israeli and other foreign dignitaries
• Organize fact-finding missions to Israel for non-Jewish opinion makers
• Monitor Congressional legislation related to Israel 
• Monitor United Nations actions and programs relating to Israel
  
• Celebrate Israeli culture
• Mobilize the NY Jewish community in times of crisis
• Maintain contact with Jewish communities around the world
  
• Champion imperiled Jewish communities
