SMS Program
This SMS Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes how we at Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, Inc. (“Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, Inc.”, “we”, or “us”) collect, use and disclose your personal information in connection with your use of the services to receive short message services and/or multi-media services for marketing and non-marketing purposes, we use third-party service providers to assist us in delivering SMS communications. These service providers may process your information solely as necessary to provide SMS services on our behalf. We do not store any sensitive financial information that we collect. such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services. as all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
